Present
Before 9:45 AM
Badge scanned on time. Student is marked Present with full attendance credit.
Tardy
9:45 – 10:00 AM
Badge scanned late. Student is marked Tardy. Three tardies count as one absent and affect Performance Award eligibility.
Absent
After 10:00 AM
Badging in after 10:00 AM, or failure to scan ID, results in the student being marked Absent. No manual recording of attendance.
Tardy Rule: Three tardies count as 1 absent and will affect students' records towards the Performance Awards policy. Parents and students are responsible to maintain and present badges on every school day.
